SharePoint is a widely used tool at our company, especially for our project teams.  We found that some employees joining projects had no SharePoint experience.  We recognized this and developed multiple modules that cover the basics of SharePoint.  Not only did we demo how to navigate SharePoint, we also provided the option for participants to perform steps within the course that mimicked steps they may have to take in a real SharePoint environment.
